Very disappointed in the customer service at this specific Martin Marietta quarry. Every other location from Lawrence, Ks to Greenwood, Mo we use is polite and cordial. When I pulled in to pick up gravel this morning and accidentally went to the wrong pile I was first chastised by the loader operator and then had to listen to him talk on the radio about how I didn’t even know what quarry I was in as he loaded out the other drivers.
