Loader needs to get glasses or at least someone to tell him in what order trucks are getting there. Today he went right past me and loaded about 15 trucks and then came back to load me after 45 minutes And on top of that he under loaded my truck Loosing time equals loosing money you guys have to do better.
I am leaving this review to document an unfortunate experience at the Ground Transportation office at Port Canaveral while completing the process to obtain the required Port sticker to operate as a rideshare driver. During my visit, I was assisted by an employee identified as Alexis Tardi . Unfortunately, the interaction was marked by an unprofessional, dismissive, and confrontational attitude. Últimamente solo tienen un sólo loader y se pierde mucho tiempo aquí muy desorganizados en todo, el supervisor y el supuesto otro loader no hacen nada al respecto
