What a joke calling in was. Placed a call at 2:32pm on Wednesday, February 5th. Lady on the phone was extremely rude and seemed rushed for whatever reason. I asked for a quote for some aggregate material, which she provided, and then deliberately and abruptly hung up the phone before ever giving me a chance to ask another question. I’m appalled that this is the front-facing person for this particular yard. She should be fired effective immediately because she is losing business. I will not be purchasing here.
Susan is an absolute pro!
Rude/Bad customer service.
The person on the phone was very informative and rude, unprofessional to say the least. Ordered 18 tons of gravel, to be delivered for a driveway. The driver delivered to the incorrect address, over a half mile from the correct location. He was also very rude and refused to help any further.
