Waited for over an hour for my appointment (which I got to on time) before finally giving up and leaving. The woman at the reception desk says the doctor stack 3 patients for the same time slot regularly... First and last time going to this practice
Found this doctor through Zocdoc and the visit itself was fine but I had a frustrating experience with billing. He recommended some lab tests during the appointment but no one mentioned cost or that they might not be fully covered. I later got a $378 bill from Quest which was a complete surprise. A quick heads-up would’ve made a big difference. Just be sure to ask about costs before agreeing to any tests. Would not recommend tho
Dr. Malachovsky is professional, attentive, intelligent, and most importantly he cares about me and my family. I truly appreciate having him as a doctor!
Dr. Malachovsky has gone above and beyond in assisting me not only with health issues, but in navigating the health system. He has written and called me after work hours and even on the weekend! I am sincerely grateful for his dedication to me as a patient. He is thorough, professional, and kind. I highly recommend his practice!
