Why the hell do we have to make APPOINTMENTS for a WALK-IN? Sorry I didn’t plan to get sick. This is ridiculous. I walked in on Thursday & you guys had 2 people in the waiting room. I went to urgent care & they turned me away because they thought I wasn’t “sick” enough. So I tried to make a damn “walk-in” appointment & I have one next Wednesday??? I’m probably gonna be better by then. This entire medical company is a joke. I cannot wait to get better insurance. MLK is a scam.
i honestly love coming here, they treat me real nice very respectful staff. i love my daughters pediatrictian Dr. Juline Asamoah and I love their obgyns, Dr Dan, and Angela Sojobi!
First place I hear of not being able to provide their provider ID so I can make them the go-to on my insurance. Last visit was an annoying one but I chalked it up to an off day. They requested I make the changes and don’t assist. I see why the reviews are why they are. I’ll just stick to the primary I haven’t been to.
This place is horrible. You're better off going somewhere else where they actually try there best too assist you when you're in need.
