I feel like they listen to me and I feel valued there
Dr. Martin’s practice is well run with kind and caring staff. Dr. Martin provided great care and made sure to answer all my questions and provided helpful advice regarding my concerns.
Front staff is rude and need training which they lack!!!
Original review removed: April 30th- This was my first and LAST time with this provider. I did not Dr. Lee was friendly nor was she concerned about me. As a NEW patient, there was no introduction to make me feel welcomed. I felt rushed explaining my concerns (didn't get to address them all) and there was absolutely no empathy. The office staff was ok. The portal used to update your files and communicate to patients stopped working, and there was no resolve. Visit was a waste of time & money, if you need basic services it’s ok but if you are looking for help wait for a opening w/ another Gynocologist.
