I would suggest being sure pictures come with receipts that are turned in for work done. I was promised calls back but did not receive a call back the last three time I called regarding residual funds remaining after the sell of my mothers house. I was told and shown by an employee at Martin’s that there were monies being held for more repairs to the floors only to be told that the realtor- Warnock who sold the house said all of the money was used.
