This review is for Hannah, in what I am assuming in the back office or billing. She is extremely rude and made judgmental remarks. Everyone else in the office has been great. Dr Charlotte and her team is wonderful.
We have the best team everyone is supportive of each other and we always work as a team. Not only is our amazing staff a family but the wonderful children and parents become family to us as well. This is such a fantastic place where people truly care about you and your child's needs, and not just your dental needs we care about your child's overall health as well and make it a priority. We strive to go above and beyond to provide excellent service all while making it fun for everyone!
I had a great experience today with the orthodontic team! They were very friendly and quick. They explained everything to me and made sure I left feeling comfortable.
If you’re looking for a pediatric dentist, Martin Kids Dental is the place! They are FANTASTIC! Thankful for Dr. Charlotte and assistants.
