Fantastic experience with Melissa and Brie ! Could not fault the customer service ! Melissa bent over backwards to secure us a vehicle ! Went to other dealers before jonkers to help us get a car quickly but no one could care less with trying to help us! Brie was there every step of the way with paperwork and handover and nothing was ever too much of a trouble ! Thanks team !
Your website claims you reply within two days of making a complaint. I sent an email to you on Tuesday 5 August and have not received a reply yet. Sent a reminder email in the hope of some response o Wednesday 20 August and still no reply. It is now Wednesday 27 August.
Good vehicles...terrible customer service.
