Lowball Kings, overly greedy, 7 grand less than another Dealer. Thought I just got a greedy rep the first time, gave them a second chance. Won't be back.

Purchased a Prado from MJ and had every service carried out by them. Last one was the 150k service. As soon as I asked for some support from them, they treated me like someone who had shown no loyalty to them at all. Didn't expect anything more than a slight acknowledgment that I had been a good customer. When I said that I was going to use another dealer from know on, the comment was "OK!". Service department staff are quite rude. EDIT - Response I did not say the solution/arrangement was an issue. I addressed the rude staff. She was quite condescending. May simply need some re-training regarding manners and basic people skills.
I recently purchased a car from Toyota Martin Jonker's Morayfield and the experience was fantastic!
