Service department staff are quite rude. EDIT - Response I did not say the solution/arrangement was an issue. I addressed the rude staff. She was quite condescending. May simply need some re-training regarding manners and basic people skills.
I recently purchased a car from Toyota Martin Jonker's Morayfield and the experience was fantastic! The team were friendly, professional, and had good knowledge about the vehicle, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. A special shout out to Rebecca and Steve for their outstanding service - they went above and beyond to make sure everything was prefect. Highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a car! I have bought my last 2 new cars from Jonkers with another expected one next year and in total have been a customer for over 20 years Unfortunately I will no longer be using their services The customer service is declining badly and I received wrong information from them and then they argued the point when it was pointed out I no longer have trust in this establishment and need to find a reliable mechanic
