I recently had my Toyota Prado serviced by Jonkers, vehicle still under fixed price service plan and under warranty. Several weeks later I had need to top up the washer bottle. Upon opening the bonnet, I was greeted with a huge mess of coolant stains all throughout the engine bay & saw that the coolant level was low. (All photographed) Investigation revealed that the coolant overflow tank cap had NOT been secured correctly. Shout out to Tracy (I’m hoping I seen the name badge right) from the Service Department! Felt welcomed from the moment I stepped out of the car. She explained things clearly and noted every detail down. It’s hard to come across such professionalism and well presented people these days. I would like to sincerely thank Carla and the team at Martin Jonkers for the outstanding service and support I received when my car needed repairs.
