Cannot recommend this firm enough! We needed to set some things in place to care for my older parents. Mr. Jansky walked us through our options in a way we understood and took time to answer my many questions. He dealt with my parents with patience and respect. Every staff member in the office has been pleasant to deal with. Scheduling has been flexible. We will definitely be using Mr. Jansky for our planning as well!

Stop looking and choose Martin Jansky Law! Martin handled an elder trust for my parents that was 100% what they needed. After they passed, Martin and his team walked us through the process of closure with detailed instructions. Martin himself called me several times to verify I had understood his instructions. He and his team are very responsive and caring. The fees are quite reasonable, and the service is excellent.
