Martin Jansky was fantastic! Not only extremely knowledgeable, but very kind, patient, and compassionate. Martin was great to work with. He took the time to explain everything to us and our mom. He asked several questions to my mother, directly involving her in the process. Tania was very responsive to emails and accommodated our schedule very well. I was very nervous about being overwhelmed. The process was very smooth and professional.
