First time here. I came in for a free (100% paid by insurance) routine physical exam and I made that clear when I made my appointment, when I came in at front desk, to the doctor's assistant and to the doctor himself. I still got billed by the doctor and the lab because the doctor submitted the wrong codes. There's no way to get in contact with the doctor's office on the phone (only Village Medical reps) and I did go again in person and let them know. Dr. Martin Nejat. The best doctor I have ever seen, not exaggerating. I came in and basically threw 10 issues at him. He was patient and helped me break down each thing, found a solution, or made a game plan with me to help me find a solution. Twice since meeting him he’s had to deliver not so awesome news to me, he CARES, he is validating, he gives hope, he doesn’t rush, he answers questions, helped me see bright sides and process changes and what these changes may mean. I had elected to see Dr. Martin Nejat for back and knee issues. He is very professional, an excellent communicator and offered sensible advice to assist in making improvements in my physical health. Definitely a physician in my opinion who cares about his patients and is passionate in what he does !
