I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Backman. The level of service was poor, especially when it came to handling and communicating test results. There was a clear lack of professionalism—results were not delivered in a timely or reliable manner, and communication overall felt disorganized and dismissive. I had an appointment on March 2, the doctor days he would send me a prescription for my nerve pain as I found out I have Carpul tunnel. It is hard to sleep. It’s five days later and still have not gotten a prescription sent to my Pharmacy. I talked to someone the day after my appointment and she said she would find out for me and that she would call back but I still have not gotten a call back. I left emails and voicemails. Dr. Backman is a very good and friendly Doctor. The girl at the front desk is also very nice too.
UPDATE 2/16/26: If you're a patient here I would advise you go someplace else. I have been a patient for 5 years and have always dealt with issues. I had an appt scheduled for today at 9am. They called me on Friday before, I missed the call, but called back in under 1 minute - no response so I leave a voicemail confirming my appointment. I call back 2 hours later - no answer so I leave another voicemail. I then show up today to be told that they cancelled my appointment without letting me know, not even a voicemail.
