Last week I had an Aura, felt I was about to have a seizure. No help I called 911. Then I tried getting hold of them Thursday, Friday, no answer. Saturday have another one, had to go to another hospital. Two more auras Sunday and tried calling them today during business hours--THEY DON'T ANSWER DURING THEIR BUSINESS HOURS! *COME ON PEOPLE, I NEED HELP!*
Details are unimportant but an issue arose well after hours where we needed Dr Backman's input...rec'd a callback within an hour. He was kind, calming and clearly explained the next steps. Thank you!
WORST DOCTOR EVER !!! What a waste of my time seeing the neurologist! He mumbled through the whole appt and hardly speaks English! He dismissed all of my symptoms and was absolutely no help at all ! DONt WASTE YOUR TIME!
I have read many of the reviews here and I must say Dr Bachmann is the best neurologist we have visited. He is caring, attentive, and was the only person who could properly diagnose me after being in and out of the hospital. He promptly returns phone calls personally. He is indeed professional and friendly. He is a very nice man. He is also experienced and knowledgeable. Thank you Dr Bachmann.
