Great doctor, makes you feel more like a friend than a patient. His staff is warm , friendly and extremely efficient
He is DOCTOR? I don’t know how and why patients go or select him Everything include staff all weard First and forever last experience Neuro doctor should have patient This guy through you out of office like DRIVE THROUGH restaurant Vow not me in front of me three patients same experience
They never answer my calls and you have to go in person to even be acknowledge. I tried 5 different times and nothing. It seems like they are just in business to take your money and never help you! I would not recommend this place at all.
Dr Backman is by far one of the best Neurologist out there, however, his staff "NEVER" picks up the phone, nor returns phone calls.... I've been leaving message after message to try to get my medication refilled and as of yet I still have not heard from them .... I have no choice but to take the bus to their office next week on my day off to try to get refills on my medication.
Thank you Dr. Backman for your patience with my mom. She had so many questions about her condition. You answered all of them, plus your all your staff very attentive; especially Patricia. Thank you all
