I have used JTM on occasion for several years. Excellent service. They returned my call right away and scheduled an in home visit very quickly. Joe came prepared with everything he needed to fix my wine cellar cooling unit. Would highly recommend him and his company.
Joe always does amazing work and explains what exactly the issue is. I've been using JTM for appliance repairs at multiple golf courses over the years, and will continue giving him my business.
I had a great experience with JTM Service Group who came out to fix my refrigerator. I appreciate that they are locally owned, which made scheduling easy and felt more personal. The problem was quickly diagnosed and fixed, they were pleasant to work with and charged a fair price for the service. Overall, it was smooth, hassle-free and a good value.
