It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places.

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but Dr. Martin is well worth the wait... He spends time with you and makes sure that you are well taken care of. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.
