Very good sleep study and very much a good place
Very helpful nursing staff and the place was quiet and clean.
The facility is nice and staff was competent. HOWEVER, I was forced to go here by Martin Health. I tried to get referrals to other sleep clinics closer to my house but I was denied obviously because providers are not allowed to refer outside Martin Health network. I was told my insurance covered the CPAP but i had to come out of pocket over $500 by the time it was all said and done. I returned the machine before the 30 day trial and was still responsible for the money due to Apria Healthcare LLC deceptive billing practices. ... read more
This center is well organized and knows their business. More importantly, the employees/staff are compassionate, helpful, friendly, and go above & beyond to provide caring service. I have had outstanding experiences with both Dee and Tena. Tena solved some scheduling issues that allowed me to get my overnight study completed as planned. The center and particularly their employees are an asset to our healthcare community.
I have had 2 sleep studies through the Martin Health Systems. Because of availability and my schedule I had 1 in both locations. While I would never say that my care and treatment was anything but stellar at both, if I had the choice, I would prefer this location. Even though The parking is a bit off putting alone at night & the hallways confusing trying to find where to go, their rooms are fantastic!
