They are not coordinated. Inventory is not updated. I drove to 2 different locations after the lady informed me to pick the rest of the supply up from their other stores. The inventory she stated did not match the actual inventory. They didn't have any in stock. I was shocked & am not impressed with their services. Extremely poor customer service after spending lots of money at this place they charge me a 15% restocking fee for something I just walked out of the store and realized that I didn’t need it very rude and obnoxious. Customer service also overcharged me for restocking fee which I shouldn’t have been charged for in the first place. Fast, super friendly staff, good prices. Let's support our local businesses. Great lumber prices. Great, friendly dog inside to pet. Good variety of hardware necessities. Good location, nothing else really like it in the area. They even make copies of keys on the spot.
The Franco Family are in full service mode at all times curtious courteous and helpful they offer a very diverse types of business besides the lumber yard they have rentals available they have a tire shops they had all kind of businesses that the children themselves of Mr Franco himself have you know branched off every one of them seems to take after Mr Franco, because his wife is quite rude.
