We went to see Dr. Gutierrez specifically for a second opinion regarding my husband’s current chemotherapy treatment plan, which he is receiving at another hospital and which has been very difficult for him to tolerate. Unfortunately, we left without receiving the second opinion we came for. Dr Gutierrez deserves a lot of credit for making cutting-edge clinical trials available to advanced-stage cancer patients. My sense is that his workload is demanding and that he’s driven by a truly altruistic ethos. He leads a well-oiled clinical research team and engenders a lot of trust from his staff and patients alike. I feel very fortunate to be enrolled in a clinical trial under his care.
The patient care I have received from Dr. Gutierrez and his medical staff has always been top notch. So grateful for their support in all my medical health issues and know that I am being cared for by the very best. Thank you!
