Excellent care by all I encountered. Profession clean waiting room and surgery area. Everything was explained well and all really seemed to care. Would definitely recommend. My husband had an identical experience 3 years ago!
Had 5 year tests done. I was told everything was fine. This was in February and in October I received a letter from the Provider of biopsy results of my esophagus which showed I have a condition. I wasn't aware of anything until I got that letter about 8 months later.
I had a colonoscopy this morning. Everyone was wonderful, caring and put me at ease. Dr.Prado explained at length the results of the procedure. He has an excellent and caring bed side manner. Everyone from the front desk, nurses to the anesthesiologist were first rate and made my colonoscopy a pleasant experience.
i find Dr. Prado to be very helpful , he has a great staff, very professional
Dr. Prado has been our doctor many years. Warm and caring, always concerned about his patients, does everything within his power to make sure you have all your needs met. When at the hospital for a procedure one time the nurses told us about an elderly couple that had no ride home after he performed a procedure on one of them. Dr. Prado took them home in his personal car. He is an excellent doctor with a compassionate wonderful bedside manner. EVERYONE LOVES DR. PRADO. HE'S THE BEST!
Very unprofessional people ,we have now found a wonderful doctor , the nurse in the recovery room was messy & not at all like a nurse should be ,I wonder if she went to college for a few weeks as she should NOT be around patients . He does nothing for you , it is just a waste of time , am surprised he is still around !!!!! ps RUDE receptionist also .
Unfortunately, I just tried to book an appointment with Dr. Prado. I have never had the displeasure of being talked to in such a awful manner. I didn't even get a chance to ask the receptionist all of the questions that I had because the moment she heard we were self-pay patients her attitude changed dramatically! I would never suggest anyone even CALL here let alone go in to get treatment.. lord knows how you would be treated! Sad.
Disappointing due of a lack of effective communication between patient and doctor and doctor's office staff. As a patient I felt like a dentist trying to pull information out of their mouths. That, of course, means that I had to know precisely what questions to ask.
