I just had my fire suppression system fixed by them today. The worker, Michael, was fantastic. However, the pricing was way over priced. At $160 per hour, he was only here for 2.5 hours. Then had to pay for 2 hours driving time (which is fair). In the end I got charged for an entire 8 hours (almost double what it should have cost). The owner, Jeremy, was unwilling to charge a fair price or compromise one penny. What a shady industry this is. Unfortunately nobody in this industry is good. Be prepared to be overcharged.

And also screw the state for forcing this servic... read more
