Martin Family Roofing put a new composition shingle roof on our home several years ago, and we have been very pleased with the results. At the time, jalen gave us solid advice, a fair quote, and helped us understand the roofing work clearly. The crew did a terrific job with the roof installation, used high quality materials, and kept the property clean at the end of each day, which we really appreciated. More recently, after a period of heavy rain, we noticed a small leak. jalen responded quickly, found the source of the pr... read more

My wife and I went through a very stressful storm that caused serious damage to our home, especially the roof and gutters. The next day, we connected with a roofing contractor through their sales rep, Jalen, and the whole experience turned out to be a huge relief. Jalen explained the roofing process clearly, answered every question honestly, and made sure we understood each step from inspection to repairs. best roofing service around. They came out quickly to inspect the storm damage and sent detailed roof photos with the invoice. i also had others come out, but no one responded as fast. This crew really wanted to help and handled the repair the right way. jordan and the team were friendly, on time for both the estimate and the repair, and finished the work fast. They sent photos right after the job wa... read more

I got estimates from five roofing contractors, and the pricing was all pretty similar. what stood out most was the clear contract details and the help from jalen. The paperwork was simple, easy to understand, and much better than the confusing fine print from other roofers. The whole roofing process in Clifton went smoothly from start to finish. c... read more

Martin Family Roofing did an excellent job repairing our chimney siding, flashing, and cap. After we noticed signs of a roof leak around the chimney inside the house, I called and Jordan came out the same day to inspect it. He checked both the inside and outside, got up on the roof, took photos, and clearly walked me through the repair options along with his recommendation. A few days later, I received the estimate, had my questions answered over the phone, and felt confident the crew would deliver solid workmanship. I also ... read more
