We had an unexpected roof leak during the winter, and a lot of roofing contractors were busy with major roof repair jobs after the storm. Even so, they said they would work us in between the bigger projects as soon as possible. Other roofers told us it might be much later before they could schedule us, but this crew got out to Mt Holly before the next rain came through. They completed the roof repair quickly, fixed the problem well, and also provided a warranty on the work. Very pleased overall with the service and communica... read more

We have used this roofing company twice for small roof repairs, and both experiences were great. Martin Family Roofers Llc reroofed our home and also replaced a skylight, installed new flashing around the chimney, and updated the other skylights. The new roof looks great and really improved the whole house. From the first visit to the final cleanup, the whole process felt smooth and well organized. Kyle helped us at the start, and Randall was our project supervisor. Both were professional, easy to talk with, and very helpful throughout the roofing job. The roofing crew worked hard each day, paid close attention to detai... read more

After a bad first roof job left visible gaps, bent trim, and a roof that looked rough, I was really stressed about leaks and curb appeal. I called several roofers, but most did not want to take on a repair from another contractor. Then Thomas came out, inspected everything carefully, explained what needed to be fixed, and gave me a very fair quote for the roofing repair. The crew got the work scheduled quickly and repaired the problem areas within a week. They corrected the trim, sealed the exposed spots, and made the whole ... read more
