Friendly staff and owner. The personal holiday/seasonal decorations, music, and TV programs or motion screens. The staff use technology I. e., texting and emails effectively. Worded well with post hospital release patient, completed cleaning with extra care and provided Rx for preventative mouth care ref. patient's unique situation.
My experience was amazing from the moment I walked through the door! The staff, from the front desk to the hygienist, were wonderful. Everyone was knowledgeable and friendly. I walked out feeling very informed and confident about choosing this office for my dental care!
Have not had any complaints about this office ever since we switched dentist. Staff is always polite, hardly any waiting time, and Dr. Martin is always detailed on her diagnosis and recommendations.
Great staff, very personable and put me at ease. My treatment plan wasn't at all over the top (didn't scare me away).
