I made a appt online the night before for 9:30am this morning, I get to the Kyle location for the office to still be closed. Although the hours on the door say open. I’ve called several times and no answer and no call back. *updated… they called back and had no record that I had a appt even though I had the confirmation. They showed appt for Friday instead of Thursday.
