Currently being supported on one matter. Paid in full and received trust, however critical admin steps were not completed and office never responds to emails. I’ve escalated with no response. Lawyers are great but they need a new office manager.

Initial meeting with Steven Earl gave us great confidence. Unfortunately, a few weeks later, our efforts were moved to Jim Graham. Communication was poor. Every conversation was a refresh to bring Mr. Graham up to speed. Explanation of charges went unaddressed…. We highly recommend you seek better representation in Houston or with another law firm of your choosing.

Complete lack of humanity. Never felt more lack of compassion. Made to feel like I was inconveniencing them. The lack of attention to detail was shocking and hurtful at times. Would NOT recommend.
