They allow the roofers to be on the roof at six am with power tools. YOU DONT WANT TO MOVE HERE. I’ve had so many nails in my tire and the people that cut the yards detroy everything . A woman friend is looking into the businesses . It’s pretty obvious they get a kick back because they don’t care at all about the home owners . Before moving here, ask anyone . It’s horrible. All my property keeps getting damaged and so do the neibors. And the office won’t listen even though we’ve all called. I’ve lived in HOA s my entire life... read more

I've worked at MDPOA for 7 years until they contracted an outside company that forced me to work COVID + with symptoms..
