My insurance and HOA fully covered my services, confirmed by this office and my insurance Co. This office were incapable of processing and I had to give them my info several times. Just had a collection show up on my credit report for the service. Also worth note that they didn’t fully disclose that a procedure my daughter had done was a standard 2 part process until after they finished part 1. Won’t be going returning.
I have been going to this dentist office for the past three to four years. They have always taken good care of me and the new dentist is just as nice as the previous one 😊 I moved away and continue to see Dr. Heather Kalmuck when I am home as I am content with it.
