Great service and experience working with Scott Twiggs at Martin Docks! Always on top of things. Gives the customer all the time they need. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I have always felt important when talking with Scott, around him and when he is supporting me on service needs. I truly wish other companies gave this good customer service instead of the mediocre bare minimum.
My husband was very particular about the size and design of our dock and the guys here did an amazing job capturing the scope. The dock is beautiful and functional. We will be using them again on all dock purchases in the future.
Martin Dicks was very responsive when I needed my dock moved. I was not able to be at home, but they adjusted the dock and took photos that they sent to me. Strongly recommend you use them to service your dock
