I had a 17.5 power tech generator that quit producing power, power tech was unable to supply a 17.5 kw generator, my motor was good with low hours. Jim at Martin fixed us up with a 16kw , which is plenty of power. My restriction was the hush box that Featherlite installed the generator in, my coach is a Prevost XL 2. The service from Martin was unbelievable and very accommodating, Jim was extremely helpful and I strongly recommend them to sort out any generator issues. Jeff

Old school customer service! We had a problem with our 22.5kw genset while on the road and they got us going again. Obviously, this company is led from the top down. Their communication and follow-through is impeccable. From the company owner to the technical support staffing, we couldn't be happier. What owner of a small business these days contacts a desperate customer on a weekend?! Amazing!
