very good Many times only the negative is commented on on, and the good kept to ones self.Well to be on the positive side it is nice to have a confident doctor not in a rat lab,white coat, and he does listen.The male nurse is very kind and caring.The girls up front helped me amazingly well,especially when i needed a referal to a specialist pronto,they got me in asap.very happy and thank you
Excellent Care at This Office From the first time I stepped into Dr Martin's office, I have felt comfortable. The staff is great, Andrew (the nurse) is wonderful. Dr Martin is not the type of doctor to rush you in and out. I feel that he takes his time with me. When I first went to him, I did not have medical insurance. He wrote rx's for me that the local pharmacies could fill at no cost. I feel right at home at Dr Martin's office and I have never been happier with a doctor.
Dr. David J Martin Dr. Martin is one of the better doctors I have known many due to the fact I have been a nurse since 82. I know several nurses that go to him and that is because nurses do know the better doctors.
Poor health care This office is run by a bunch of uptight women. They appear to not care in any way shape or form. They are rude and unpleasant. The docter Dr. Martin is too busy for al of the patients appt's he takes in everday. He has a nurse who helps him but she always tries to push you out the door. I am looking for another Doctor.
bad care My mother WAS a trusting patient for some time who believed everything the doctor told her. I kept on her all the time about always asking questions about treatments, prescriptions, etc. Recently she got shingles and was very ill, already suffering from a weak immune system and psoriasis. He would not even give her an anti-viral, telling her she would just have to wait it out. She begged for a reference to another doctor, and by the time she got to that one she almost collapsed! Not a well run office There is always a waiting room FULL even in you have an scheduled appointment don't ever expect for it to be on time. They are so rude and take for ever to pull any type of records. If you need records that have been in storage make sure you give them weekS notice. If you want a DR that will just give you PILLS he is the guy. There is a way to go about treating people with medical issues that does not come in a bottle.
I must live in another world from the rest of these people. These reviewers seem delusional. I think the doctor is prudent and caring. I think his staff is friendly and professional. I also think that the doctor defers to specialists which may be the basis for some of these nonsense complaints. Also, I live in Syracuse which may make a difference. These "country folk" may have a more demanding standard than I am used to having since historically I have used the large medical facilities in both Syracuse and Boston. Also, ther... read more
Office women I have nothing against Dr. Martin, he has given me very good care--- but some girls upfront are a little uptight. The head office girl is very good to me, the others need work on communication skills.
Wonderful, caring and smart. Excellent doctor. My whole family loves Dr. Martin.
