This doctor is unresponsive! My husband is having muscle spasms in his back because we've been packing to move and he's in his 70s. I've left multiple messages with the staff. It's been 5 days and Dr Trichtinger has not bothered to call us back. His staff called us back after 5 days and said that they'd message the doctor but we're still waiting to hear from him or the pharmacy. We've contacted urgent care but the therapy that was prescribed isn't proving helpful. Lidocain patches and Diclofenac are useless for muscle spasms... read more

Had a productive and personable appointment. Choose Dr. Trichtinger for diagnostic skills. Feel he is the right choice for my needs. HOWEVER, when calling ethe office it is a Grueling time. 3rd call today for Help with a paibful infection. Spoke to live person. Got no help. Bo call back. The office went home! Did Doc even get message?! HORRIBLE On hold 20 minutes on 3rd call.
I really appreciate how efficient he is, yet thorough. He takes the time to listen. Also, he has been very helpful and supportive of my health goals.
