I should have learned the first time. On each occasion I dropped off an item that I needed to have replicated. Each time I was told 'No Problem! We can have it for you this time next week'. This turned out to not be the case. I dropped of the last item mid-November. Here it is the beginning of March. I was looking at a deadline and asked for the item to be made 10 days ago. I was told next week. I'm now past my deadline and the materials are still not ordered. I ll go find someone else, someone that cares.
