Tracy is a gem! She listens, she tells you what you need to hear regarding market, pricing, and prepping the home for sale. After the sale, she stays in your court to answer questions, help with paperwork and any concerns the new buyers may have. I would absolutely work with her in the future.

Tracy Madden is the most passionate and tenacious realtor I have worked with. She is detail oriented and urgent in all her actions. She responds to any message promptly and follows up on all expected actions from others to ensure the process moves along on schedule. She is also the most pleasant person to interact with. Although I have never met her in person, I certainly wish I had. I would give her 10 stars if the system would let me.
