Do not pay cash and get a receipt. Paid $155 on the due date and get a bill a month later saying it wasn't paid and no one has any record of it being paid when we know the exact time and day it was paid. If you need to get a *T* check PLEASE go somewhere else so you get a proper exam. I have never been to a medical facility and knew I would never go back again. I have never had such an inept examination.
