Excellent service
I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with Martin & Co. Their customer service has been poor— very blunt on the phone, and they just don’t respond to emails as they please. I was sent the wrong property address for a letting after 3 emails and a phone call, no apology or acknowledgement of mistake. It’s been a hassle just trying to get any accurate information. I would not recommend them to anyone.
I have recently contacted Martin & Co to find a tenant. Javaid Haq and his team was very efficient and provided excellent service. Highly recommend.
Got locked out of my flat on Friday night, Javaid Haq went to the trouble to drive over and give me the spare keys from the office. Much appreciated!
