I wouldn't normally review but this has been miserable. Staff is constantly changing, repairs take forever and no communication. I had to call back 3 times in a month to get a status update and the final time they tried to charge me more than quoted. Not by a little but almost 1.5x without my authorization.

Went to buy a car 10TH JAN Put 1,500 down we take care of city workers...not..went in on Sat 10th jan. Salesman said paperwork, financing. Test drive. Etc done in an hr ...not... impossible. This dealership knowingly sold us a used SUV without disclosing that it had been in four accidents. We only discovered this shocking information when we tried to trade the vehicle in, long after the sale was complete. By then, the damage—financial and otherwise—was already done. *THIS DEALERSHIP DESERVES A "0" RATING* - Vehicle purchased out of state a few months ago, I live in Ohio. This dealership convinced me to never buy a vehicle online again. Went to trade in My wife's 2021 Cherokee Latitude which we purchased new from Jim Glover Jeep. Looked up the Kelly trade in value was 15,459 to 19,908. Vehicle is a good shape, Even has new tires, The new car sales manger offered me 13,000 trade (Very low ball offer because right after I left Clifton Lean with Classic Chevrolet asked me to stop by, Long story short he offered me 17,000 to buy it out right, Its pretty sad when you live in Owasso and can't buy local
