I want to say I had never been to Martin until I had air ride problems with my 2015 Ram. They tried to fix it. And after a short period it acted up again. To my surprise, the level of service after the first visit is where they went above and beyond. They did not give up to make me a happy customer. From Jay in service to his technicians. The service department is absolutely amazing. We were driving down the highway when our vehicle started acting up so we called them asking if we could bring it in and they let got us in right away & checked it out & had us back on our way within half an hour. Super grateful for their help. A bunch of incredibly kind people working there ❤️
