My first time dealing with the new service advisor, Chris Harris. He was very professional. I had a lot of good suggestions on how to keep my 2009 GMC Yukon on the road.. My goal is to get it to 300,000 miles as of right now it has 220,000 miles. Thanks to the service department at Martin Chevrolet in Crystal Lake.

The service advisors here are decent people. They aren't pushy like other shops. Ralph has been exceptional in our experiences. However, the service manager (Mr. Hill) & his son have caused a lot of issues during our visits. Examples: my wife had an oil change scheduled at 7:30 a.m. & sat in the waiting room until 12:30 p.m. Another example: after an oil change, we noticed a dent in the door.
