Great communication... and repairs done ahead of schedule
Although my repair took longer than expected, at no fault of the shop, completely on my insurance, they went above and beyond to take care of me and my car. From the very beginning Chaley would give me updates and let me know exactly what was going on weekly. Towards the end of the repair we spoke numerous times in the week, and she did her absolute best to ensure that I would get my car back.
