Arrived early and was able to stage on the lot until receiving a call with a door, unloading was fast and paperwork was ready immediately after unloaded. Would gladly come back again

I arrived at 1010a for my 1230p appt. I checked in and was given a door immediately. Advised to back up and leave just enough space for someone to come out and cut the seals. The gentleman came out around . They began unloading me at 1127a. I had bills in hand at 1245p. The people here were nice and there is sreet parking too. Ty.

Showed up early and was told to park they would call now 2 hours later they said it will be 1530 before they will unload me that's 2.5 more hours and they could there is no other trucks here to get unloaded i will never return to this place have already informed my dispatch and they agreed it's just a waste since they have been trying to get a early morning delivery since before I even got loaded at 0700 yesterday 7 hour drive away this is a waste of time and money on the driver stay away from here

Unloading was fairly quick. Restrooms are available. Went early for the appointment because needed the truck to go into the shop. They worked us in early. Friendly staff and backing into docks was easy.
