They got me in before my appointment and had me unloaded before my appointment. Was in a door, unloaded, and had my paperwork, and out of the dock in LESS THAN 45 minutes. They blonde lady was very nice and professional. The other bad reviews about her were probably because they weren't courteous and polite to her. She is an excellent employee and very professional. Was very pleased with delivering here. 5 ⭐ ALL the way.
Zero respect for drivers and there time 30 minute window for receiving but more than 4 hours to even start the unloading process I’m the only truck here and not one person is working on the dock. And that’s BS!!
Long unloading
Not a good company , they take long time to unload , I had apartment at 10 pm , finish unloading at 3 am . And the yard is also small , if they give Dock# 44 or 43 that will be taught.
