There is no overnight parking, and the woman at the front desk is very unpleasant. The nearest truck stop is 50 miles away. The area outside is completely packed with trucks.

Cant complain about these. Got held up in traffic and it made me 15m late for the appointment. But they unloaded me anyways. THANK YOU. That being said. If you are coming up 66 from NC. There is road construction down to 1 Lane while they resurface the passing lane. So take that into consideration if you are trying to cut it close with wasting too many hours. Really no place to park close by othet they a rest area just past the exit for the reciver about 4 miles away.

After reading the reviews I was nervous lol. I got to the gate, checked in easy and was able to turn around and park normal. So, the facts are, if you have the first few doors on the yard then yes you have to blind side. If you are further down you can turn around and park comfortably. I was there at 9:40 for a 10:30 appointment, I was docked, unloaded and on my way by 10:40. No complaints! I even helped spot someone who did need to blind side. Soooo, nice friendly place.
