After the dry summer, the first heavy rains exposed leaks around two skylights in our sunroom in Fremont. I called three roofing companies for estimates. One pushed for a full roof replacement even though that did not seem necessary. I was really impressed with the quality of the roofing work, the fair price, the size of the crew, and how quickly they finished the job and cleaned up the property.
