Highly recommend this business. Fast and professional service. Replaced a tire on my semi trailer and had me back on the road in no time! Amazing people that will go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of.
Horrible customer service. I stopped by to get an oils change and they said they couldn’t do it because they were about to have lunch. There is no where on your website stating that it would be closed for lunch. I drove 45 min to your shop just to be told it would be awhile before they could do it. As a business owner myself I know my customers come first. I would drop my food and help anyone in a heartbeat. I guess I’m old school. They didn’t want my business. Sad. There is no such thing as customer service anymore.
We purchased a new 4 wheeler from Martin Brothers in Stamford for our daughter. It never worked right, it won’t start properly or idle at all, despite our best efforts, and it started leaking gas. We tried to return it and were told that they don’t accept returns or do repairs and it is our responsibility to get it to Pit Stop Cycle Shop all the way in Lubbock, TX which is who they purchase their 4 wheelers from. They were so nice! I went in for a car inspection. They did the inspection, and put air in my tires. Will definitely be going back.
