Called the place about 8 times over the course of 2 months. Never received an answer and never anyone at the 'house' out front. I occasionally see people using the storage units but I have no idea how they are paying for it. I gave up and went somewhere else.

Left a voicemail a week ago and have been calling every day since can never get ahold of anyone
The customer service was great even with this covid situation. I rented a unit for about 3 months with no problems whatsoever. MBS will be my first choice if I need storage space again. 👍🏾
