I have been with this clinic for a number of years now and the service and personnel are top notch in professionalism, service and personality. I would recommend you check them out for yourself.
Great staff and quality service
I tried to get a prosthetic below the knee for my right leg in 2023 and left leg in november 2025 early 2026. If your insurance is out of network you might as well not even try and if you try anytime during November thru January you won't have any luck getting help because of the holidays, it took about six weeks to be told they couldn't help me because my insurance denied to pay for the feet on both legs and they didn't seem to care to even try to help me. I visited the clinic in Irving Texas.
I am LBKA since mid 2021. My 1st socket was heavy, cumbersome and I was unable to adjust it except by the number of socks daily. The staff at Martin in Dallas built a lightweight adjustable socket that I love. They asked questions and listened to concerns. I highly recommend
