One week in ICU and the nurses were the best I have ever seen. Truly compassionate and caring!
Martin Army is usually pretty good, but the ER is one of the saddest, poorly run things I've seen in the military. You'll wait 4-5 hours without seeing anyone in a room wondering if they forgot you. Meanwhile, you can hear the medics (who, for some reason, seem to all be wearing gym clothes, no uniforms ornscrubs) outside cussing and fooling around. If you can get a regular appointment with your normal provider, do that, or go somewhere else in Columbus.
I went to the ER I was the only one there in waiting room.The Dr was so rude and disrespectful. Lied on medical charts that he gave me antibiotic. He didn’t test me for Covid, flu or strep throat. If I could grade my experience. I will give him A .0️⃣
If I could give 0 stars I swear I would. I arrived with no one in the waiting area. Difficulty breathing due to my heart skipping beats. 3 people were called back before me. I was then called back and was told I was the wrong patient so I had to go back out in the waiting area but I would be next. Went back out only for another person to be called. The only parking is a garage that has a weight limit of 6000 pounds and a max height of 7 feet. I can’t even park my truck. There are no alternatives to the parking garage other than parking a quarter mile down the road.
