Very disappointed. Once the proposal for the work was approved and the deposit was sent, Christine called and asked if we could accommodate an early morning installation. She requested an arrival time of 7am-7:30am for the team to come in and install a small acoustic ceiling for an office. Our showroom does not open until 10am so we made specific arrangements for our manager to be here early to meet the team doing the work, an inconvenience to us to accommodate Martin Acoustics.
