Very professional in her approach... And the braiding is spectacular!

My hair came out so stiff and wanted to charge me $200+ for a silk press with no styling and nothing for the flyaways just stiff and dry. And she is not Customer service oriented, didn't smile once. She is nice on the phone and when you get there you don't feel welcomed. 🙄
