Rude, dismissive and on a constant high horse with a stank face. No warmth, no customer service, just cold and transactional energy. Not worth the time or money—plenty of better braiders who are professional, and actually care and respect their clients.
Martika is the real deal! I booked with her after seeing the glowing reviews and I was not disappointed. She was so professional and friendly and beyond that, she was kind. I recently did a big chop and was feeling a bit nervous and insecure about my hair being quite short. However she was very accommodating and made me feel comfortable in her chair.
