I have been seeing Dr. Figee for years, and he is truly exceptional. I am beyond grateful for the positive impact he has had on my health and well-being.
Without exaggeration that was the rudest receptionist I have ever witnessed.
Great appt with Dr. Figee and staff. I was able to relax with him immediately, as he is very down to earth, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about those issues that concern me. What a relief.... quite happy to have made this appointment.
I was not treated right at the office from Dr Andrew Smith. The referrals were not sufficient in that I could not even access them online. Poor follow up for a person and people who cannot access effective treatments. I am waiting to see how their response and follow up is with me. Compassion is lacking and that should not be in this field of mental health treatment
