Worst distributor around, awful customer service!! Don’t count on them delivering when they are supposed to, make sure you give them at least two weeks to get their shit together!
At APPX 1:52pm on 9/19/2025 a black driver with which SOUNDED like a female screaming out the passenger side were in front of Gratzie's, North Adams MA. I need to file a complaint w the owner regarding the irratic driver, that was DRIVING in my bike lane, and stopped almost hitting me, making drive INTO the highway. If you can reply with a way to contact someone, I would appreciate it.
No frustration for delivery side. Had appointment at 6 am got unloaded in 30 minutes. (They open at 6 am not 8.30)But, they just want their product not you sitting in their yard for another 1 hour why, because you can’t park here, ridiculous. Only come here if you just want to come and go. And at 6.30 in the morning when you have no further load and no nearby place to go, where would you go?
Came in the gate at 5:30 was out by 6:30
